Hi, I'm Tracy! I created Midlife Medicine because when I first started
going through menopause, I was shocked by how little support or real information was available. I was dismissed, rushed, and told it was “just part of aging”—as if I was supposed to quietly deal with it and move on.
I wanted answers. I wanted options.
And I didn’t want to feel like I was going through it alone.
Midlife Medicine is everything I wish I had back then—a space for women to get clarity, feel empowered, and find real solutions to thrive in this next chapter.
